In order to point your domain to your hosting service held with us, you need to update the nameservers on your domain.

If you have your domain name registration services through VentraIP, simply login to VIPControl > Manage Domain Name > Click the link in the service column next to your domain > Select cPanel Hosting.

If your domain is registered elsewhere please ask your domain name registrar to update your name servers on your domain to the following:

ns1.ventraip.net.au
ns2.ventraip.net.au
ns3.ventraip.net.au

The IP addresses of our name servers are as follows:
ns1.ventraip.net.au - 112.140.176.10
ns2.ventraip.net.au - 112.140.180.10
ns3.ventraip.net.au - 96.126.101.206
